Next Steps

The purpose of pre-application consultation is to receive feedback about the project from members of the public who might be effected by the Proposed Development.

Feedback was collected in the following ways:

• Through surveys submitted online and at public consultation events

• Through discussions between project team members and the community at events

All feedback we received was appreciated. A full Pre-Application Consultation Report (PAC Report) will be submitted as part of the final application which details how feedback has by considered in the final design.

Please note that these comments will inform the application and are not representations made to Aberdeenshire Council. Once an application has been submitted to the planning authority there will be opportunity for representations to be made to the Council.
